Does it matter?
The Red Dog Expeditionary group typically has 4 to 6 teams at Hotshots and they are divided between Rec and Intermdiate. With all these teams there is often a need for incoming players for the sub list and for actual spots on teams, as well s for participation in Red Dog Invitational events on some Sunday afternoons.
Therefor this posting!
Most of the time our teams make playoffs and typicall a Red Dog Expeditionary Force team wins playoffs once or more per year. We like that!
Sometimes volleyball people new to Rochester join us to get involved with Hotshots VB as quickly as possible. Dat B good.
In general
We are looking for players that are “team players” and anxious to play the team game and are willing to modify their game ( perhaps) to meet the team format and expectations.
Typically looking for an upper rec or better skill level as a starting point, but somewhat less skill level might e OK with a good level of athleticism.Yep, also important is the ability to pay team fees when joining a team.
