Beach 2’s Camp

This 5 hour instructional camp will be held on the 5 sand courts of Hot Shots. CJ Denk, the head clinician, along with several other beach volleyball veterans will share their expansive knowledge of the doubles game. This COED camp is designed to increase all individual skills including passing, defense, hitting, blocking, serving and proper court positioning for the doubles game. If you have played on the beach before and are interested in increasing your all around ability or if you are just looking to try the beach game for the 1^st time, this is the camp for you. The camp is $60 per player and includes lunch and a camp T-shirt.

Sorry boys, this one is just for the girls. This is a 3-day hard court 6’s camp during the Christmas vacation of local schools. For $150 per player, each camper will receive a camp T-shirt and 12 hours of instruction from some of the best high school and club coaches in the Rochester area. All areas of the indoor game will be covered. This camp is for players of all ages, however previous volleyball experience is a must. The camp runs daily from 8:30am – 12:30pm and all players should be dressed in their volleyball gear, ready to go right at 8:30am. This is a great opportunity to get some extra practice time before club season gets into full swing.

Ok, here it is. It is the 3^rd Annual Thanksgiving weekend junior’s doubles tournament. This is a very rare Sunday event that will be starting at 10:00am, with player check-in at 9:30am. This is a boys and girls event. As always, we are limited to accepting the 1^st 25 teams, so register soon to guarantee your entry into the tournament. All Hot Shots junior’s events will be pool play format followed by single elimination playoffs.

Registration is only $20 per player. All teams must register online and payment is due at the time of registration to hold your spot. Remember that all players need to be members of NOVA to participate in any tournaments at Hot Shots. If you played this summer than you are all set, if not, it is a one-time $20 fee. Remember all teams in all junior’s events make playoffs.

We are doing a little something different with this tournament. We are going to run 2 junior’s tournaments on the same day. The 2 events will be split day/night events. The 1^st event will be for boys and girls junior’s players 15 and under. The tournament will start at 10:00am sharp, with a 9:30am check-in. As always, the event is $20 per player and all players must be NOVA members. All Hot Shots junior’s events will be pool play format followed by single elimination playoffs. Remember all teams in all junior’s events make playoffs.

The 2^nd event of the day will be for players 16 & over. This event is for the older kids and therefore is going to start a little later in the day. It is a 4:30pm check-in with a 5:00pm start time. As always, the event is $20 per player and all players must be NOVA members. All Hot Shots junior’s events will be pool play format followed by single elimination playoffs. Remember all teams in all junior’s events make playoffs.

This is going to be a very, very good time!! You asked for it, you got it!! This is our 1^st Annual New Year’s Eve junior’s event.
