Western Empire Volleyball Association, WEVA, formed in 1989, is one of 38 USA Volleyball regions representing the sport of volleyball in the 15 western-most counties of New York State. If WEVA is young, so is our membership of 1,461 members with 75% being juniors, under the age of 18.
